Celebrating 20^th year for  Swap Meet – Show’n’Shine, Collectables, Trash & Treasure, Market Day

‘Something for everyone’ 

When: Sun. 7th June 2020 8am—3pm

Where:     Kadina Showgrounds, cnr Mines & Agery Roads.

Event advertised in Just Magazines, websites, facebook, state & local media coverage.

OUTSIDE SITES:  Fee $10.00 Trestle hire: $5 ea. Chairs $2 ea

        If bringing own Marquee stabilize with weights or pegs for outside.

INSIDE SITES (only) $20:  Individual Trestle hire $5 ea, Chair $2 ea

2020 Swap Meet Form  Marquees & Gazebos tops, permitted inside, but without side covers

Agery Rd gate entry for ALL Siteholders (incl. Inside Grandstand Pavilion 3mx3m site)

(Site Fee includes entry for ONE adult only.)

Arrival times for sellers:   Sat: 1pm— 6pm  Sun: 7am—9am   For SELLERS ONLY

For Safety Reasons: NO VENDOR to leave grounds before 2pm.

PUBLIC    8am – 3pm   ADULT $5.00 Children under 14 years—FREE No concessions

Please Note:  Breakfast, lunch and drinks available + entertainment

      * STRICTLY NO DOGS—entry will be refused.    

* NO unauthorised Food Vendors                  * NO Fires

Grounds to be left tidy and all rubbish to be placed in wheelie bins before leaving the grounds to assist our small band of volunteers.

This gesture would be appreciated by the Committee who in turn will be most happy to welcome you back again next year.
